Picasso’s Kitchen is the 1st exhibition to look at the constant presence of gastronomy in the life and works of Pablo Picasso. The exhibition offers nearly 200 works from museums, institutions and private collections, offering a new perspective on the artist! The exhibition is on at the Barcelona Picasso Museum till September 30 and offers a chance to discover the restaurants which helped Picasso’s caree. You will see his "still life" works such as those depicting the tomato plant growing in his studio or an eel stew made by Jacqueline, and to discover the iconography and culinary references in the artist’s poetical and theatrical writings.
